We strive to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our software, cloud solutions, web development, and IT services. If you are not satisfied with our services, we offer a transparent refund policy based on the nature of the service and the terms outlined below.

Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are applicable under the following conditions:

1. Software Development & Custom IT Solutions

  • If the project has not been initiated and you request a refund within 7 days of payment, a full refund will be processed.
  • If the project has started but is not completed, a partial refund will be issued based on the work completed.
  • No refunds will be provided once the project is fully delivered and accepted by the client.

2. Subscription-Based Services (Cloud, Hosting, Maintenance, and Support)

  • If you cancel your subscription-based service within 14 days of purchase, a full refund will be provided.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after 14 days of service activation.
  • If there are technical failures on our part that prevent service functionality, we may issue a pro-rated refund based on the remaining service period.

3. Web Development & Design Services

  • A full refund is possible only before work has commenced.
  • If the project is in progress, refunds will be determined based on the amount of work completed.
  • No refunds will be issued after project delivery and approval.

4. Digital Products & Licenses

  • No refunds will be provided for downloadable software, digital licenses, or third-party integrations once the product has been delivered.
  • If a digital product is found to be defective, we will provide technical support or a replacement.

5. Training & Consultation Services

  • Full refunds are available if a cancellation request is made 48 hours before the scheduled session.
  • No refunds will be provided for cancellations within 48 hours of the session or after the service is provided.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Refund requests due to change of mind or incorrect selection of a service.
  • Services that have been fully delivered and approved by the client.
  • Delay in service caused by lack of client communication, incomplete requirements, or failure to provide necessary information.
  • Third-party costs, including domain registration, hosting, or external software licenses.
